Return

If, against all expectations, it should happen that you are not completely satisfied with the product you have received, that it was damaged during transport, or that there is a product defect in the item you have received, you may return the applicable product within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be unused , unwashed, and tagged in its original condition. We do not cover shipping costs on goods for refunds or exhanges.​

​​If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send us an email at post@attendant.store with the order number and the reason for the return or exchange. In the case of a product defect or damage to the shipment, it is important that you send us photos of the damage.
